The MPC8306-KIT is a MPC8306, low power powerQUICC II pro processor evaluation kit. The evaluation kit contains a single carrier card and system on modules (SOMs) for each of the MPC830x devices, built on Power Architecture technology. The MPC830x SOMs are optimal cost reference development boards for NXP's MPC830x processors the MPC8306, MPC8308 and MPC8309. The SOM provides the flexibility to interface other peripherals on-board by using a carrier card.
