The CM series of aluminum die cast enclosures (Hoods/Bases) are designed for higher voltage applications; they provided insulation not available in the standard housings. These enclosures still use a patented stainless steel locking system that provides consistent clamping force and IP65 protection even after 500 mating cycles. Hoods and surface mount bases come with a wide range of PG, Metric, or NPT openings.
