DBI-SALA® 1244650 ShockWave2™ Shock Absorbing Lanyard, 6'L, 130-310 Cap Lbs Long enough to be user friendly, but kept as short as possible to minimize free fall distance. Specialized webbing and 5K carabiner provides more abrasion resistance and strength for the demands of tie-back use. Eliminates the need for a separate anchorage connector, minimizing cost and installation time. Expands to 6 ft. (1.8m) when taut and contracts to 4-1/2 ft. (1.4m) keeping it out of the workers way, reducing dragging, snagging and trip falls. Rugged construction endures rough use, standing up to the demands of tie-back use and long periods of outdoor elements including sun exposure without tearing or fraying for added longevity. Automatically locks and closes for added safety, and allow you to open and connect without getting your thumb or fingers in the way - even with gloves on. Unique self locking and closing carabiner with 5,000 lb. (22 kN) gate strength is specifically designed for the demands of tie-back use providing added safety. Unique inner core immediately begins to extend and absorb energy during a fall, limiting arresting forces to safe levels. Allows user to visually see if the lanyard has been involved in a fall, providing safe, simple and reliable inspection. A VELCRO®Brand cover protects lanyard labels and holds an i-Safe™ RFID identification tag for recording and storing information on inspections.
