IKO MLG15C1SH2/U, Stainless Steel Maint.-Free Linear Way, Std. Preload Long Block, Block Width 32mm IKO Miniature ML Series C-Lube Linear Way provides 20,000 km maintenance-free use without re-lubrication through a capillary lubricating element that provides balls with lubricating oil during circulation in additional to pre-grease. All of the IKO Linear Ways also provide interchangeability between IKO blocks (suffix S2) and IKO rails (suffix S2) so that selections can be made for various blocks and/or rail lengths, without purchasing specific block & rail assemblies. Balls in the IKO Linear Ways are retained by bands preventing them from falling out when they are removed from the rails. Care should be taken when removing the slide unit from the rail and as well as it is recommended to use the plastic sleeve that is provided when ordering a slide unit when removing or putting on the slide unit onto a rail. Stainless Steel products (SUS 440C) are available from size 5 up to 25 with corrosion protection.
