The XRP2528EVB evaluation board is a fully assembled and tested surface mount PCB that demonstrates the XRP2528, a dual channel integrated high side power distribution switch with channel enable, channel fault flag and precise programmable current limit threshold. Current limit threshold can be programmed accurately via an external resistor. A simple setting optimizes the XRP2528 for use in USB 2.0 or 3.0 compliant VBUS power distribution architectures. The power switch rise and fall times are controlled to minimize current surges during turn on/off.
