The TPS82672EVM-646 is a fully assembled and tested evaluation module for evaluating the performance of the TPS82672 high frequency, synchronous, step down DC to DC converter. The TPS82672 device is a high frequency, synchronous, step down DC to DC converter optimised for battery powered portable applications. It supports up to 600mA load current and allows the use of low cost chip inductors and capacitors. With a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 4.8V, the device support applications powered by lithium ion batteries with extended voltage ranges. Input voltage range from 2.3V up to 4.8V Fixed output voltages Up to 600mA output current 6MHz regulated frequency operation Output capacitor discharge (optional) Total solution size less then 6.7 mm2 5.5MHz regulated frequency operation ESD sensitive device, take proper precaution while handling the device. It is important to operate this EVM within the input voltage range of 1.8V to 4.8V and the output voltage range of 1.2V to 1.8V. Exceeding the specified input range may cause damage to the EVM.
