STANDARD precision pressure regulator, G 1/4", 0.2 - 6 bar
Application: Precision pressure regulators are used when in the case of small flow quantities, a highly constant secondary pressure is required. The very good control and flow characteristics are achieved due to the fact that the diaphragm is very large in proportion to the valve seat surface. The regulator is largely independent of the input pressure oscillations, does not have its own air consumption and can be used with “normal” filtered compressed air. Version: Self-relieving (with secondary vent) Media: Oiled and unoiled compressed air, non-toxic and non-flammable gasses Temperature range: -10°C to max. +60°C Input pressure: Max. 16 bar Flow: 550 l/min, secondary vent: 100 l/min Own air consumption: None Control accuracy: ± 7.5 mbar Materials: Body: die-cast zinc Z410, diaphragms and seals: FPM Pressure gauge connection: G 1/4" Switch panel thread: M 20 x 1.5 Advantages: •Automatic venting in the event of overpressure on the secondary side, •Precise pressure regulation regardless of the pre-pressure, •No own air consumption, •Robust design, no microfilter necessary for compressed air *Special regulator for controlling volume booster (a feedback line from the secondary side of the volume booster is used for regulation).
