High performance precision pressure regulator, G 1/4", 0.05 - 4 bar
Application: High performance precision pressure regulators are used in order to adjust an extremely accurate pressure - regardless of pre-pressure and flow performance. It is used for example for control and regulation units in process engineering, which has the highest pressure stability requirements. Version: reversible (with relieving system), (FDR 03: through G 3/8” borehole) Materials: Body: die-cast zinc Z410, diaphragms and seals: EPDM (FDR 03: NBR) Temperature range: -10°C to max. +60°C (FDR 03: -35°C to max. +60°C) Input pressure: Max. 16 bar Switch panel thread: Model series 1: M 12 x 1, model series 2: M 20 x 1.5 Own air consumption: 1.7 to 2 l/min Control accuracy: ± 2.5 mbar Flow: FDR 02: 900 l/min, FDR 03: 6500 l/min, secondary vent: FDR 02: 200 l/min, FDR 03: 800 l/min Media: unoiled, finely filtered compressed air (5 µm), non-toxic and non-inflammable gases Advantages: •Automatic venting in the event of overpressure on the secondary side (FDR 03: up to 800 l/min), •High flow at constant pressure, •Most precise pressure regulation regardless of the pre-pressure and flow performance, •FDR 03: can be used at up to -35°C!
