Versatile, accurate UV/Vis for life science applications Pre-configured methods for nucleic acid and protein analysis No warm up time needed — instant measurements from start up USB connectivity to computers, printers, and data storage devices Use Smart Screen to design a power-up menu that displays frequently-used tests This spectrophotometer offers the flexibilty and performance a busy laboratory demands. The time-saving software allows you to measure DNA, RNA, and oligo concentrations. With the built-in Oligo calculator, determine molecular weight and theoretical Tm. Measure protein concentrations using Bradford, Lowry, BCA, and Biuret reagents. High-intensity xenon lamp and dual-beam optical geometry provide unsurpassed data quality. USB connectivity allows easy access to USB memory devices. Data can be printed out using either a PCL printer or the optional internal printer. What's Included: Six-position cell holder, single-position cell holder, one printer paper roll, dust cover, and US power cord. Product may contain trace amounts of mercury; cautions should be used in breakage, cleanup, shipping and/or disposal.
