Outstanding chemical resistance — withstands acetone, DMSO, ketones, and more Cost-effective alternative to fluoropolymers or fluoroelastomers FDA compliant NOTE: Tygon® Chemical pump tubing is recommended for use in Easy-Load® pump heads only. Applications : Chemical, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Characteristics : Excellent chemical resistance, low extractability, low gas permeability, plasticizer free. Translucent. Tygon Chemical pump tubing offers excellent chemical compatibility in a clear, flexible peristaltic pump tube. This material is compatible with many challenging fluids including concentrated acids, strong bases, and organic solvents. Transparent for easy flow monitoring and plasticizer-free to protect fluid purity. Masterflex Tygon Chemical pump tubing is specially engineered and precision extruded for optimum performance in Masterflex and other peristaltic pumps. Factory tested and optically inspected, it is available in all Masterflex L/S Precision and High-Performance Precision tube sizes, and all I/P Precision tube sizes.
