Handle gas temperatures up to 460°F (240°C) Choose heat-resistant or heated-head series Heated heads come with or without thermostat to provide more flexibility Construction design isolates the bearings and motor from the heat to ensure a long component life 316 stainless steel and PTFE wetted parts models are excellent for use with highly corrosive gases Equipped for the efficient transport of hot gas samples in environmental and analytical instruments, these diaphragm pumps handle gas temperatures up to 460°F (240°C). Special construction isolates the bearings and motor from the heat for longer component life. The pump design has no sliding seals to wear away, resulting in contamination-free medium transfer. The heat-resistant models use the same heat isolating construction and are ideal for handling hot, gaseous samples. The heat-resistant models are supplied without a heating system. The heatedhead models use an electrically heated cartridge controlled by either a thermostat or programmable temperature controller to maintain specified head temperature. This heating prevents condensate from forming within the head, to reduce pump corrosion and eliminate sample component dropout. Cord and plug are not included
