Safely and effectively remove soils, rust, and oxides from a variety of materials. Solutions contain no phosphates and are biodegradable; dilute with water.Rated for continuous operation, these cleaners are perfect for the laboratory or industrial use. Remove particles from the smallest detailed areas while simultaneously removing the heavy contamination of industrial applications. Models feature the added cleaning power of heat. This unique ultrasonic cleaning system operates with a combination of piezoelectric transducer elements. Simultaneous operation of low frequency (40 kHz) and high frequency (80 kHz) transducers produce cleaning effects not found in a single frequency. Wave forms continuously overlap each other to produce a cleaning action that is completely uniform at every tank depth or location. Dead space or level sensitivity is virtually eliminated. Adjust the system to suit your needs. Use the 80 kHz cells only to clean ultra-sensitive components; use the 40 kHz cells only to clean more aggressively. For best cleaning action, both frequencies can be operated simultaneously. Tanks are manufactured of high-grade 316 stainless steel and double-heliarc welded for increased strength. Cleaners have the tank connected to a generator with shielded RF cable to prevent radio interference. Note: to protect transducer from damage order a basket listed from the chart below. Cleaners are equipped with stainless steel drain coupling.
