BD BioCoat Collagen I Cellware, 384-well plate, black/clear
Combines Falcon™ plates, dishes, flasks, CultureSlides, and glass coverslips with a variety of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins and attachment factors, creating a unique line of precoated vessels. Special manufacturing process applies an extracellular matrix and attachment factors resulting in a uniform growth surface. Coating uniformity ensures consistent lot-to-lot performance. BD BioCoat™ Cellware promotes cell attachment, spreading, growth and differentiation of a variety of primary cells and cell lines in serum-free or serum-containing cultures. Ideal for applications such as cell adhesion assays, tissue morphogenesis, cell-matrix interaction, and receptor-ligand binding. Smaller case quantities are available—please call us for details.BD BioCoat™ Collagen I Cellware has a uniform coating of rat tail collagen and is tested to promote attachment and spreading of HT-1080 human fibrosarcoma cells. Coating improves attachment and increases proliferation of a variety of normal and transformed mammalian cells. It has a purity greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE. Stable for >=12 months from date of shipment at 4° to 30°C.
