Fluke Calibration 5142-1K molbox-RFM Gas Flow Calibrator, 1K sccm extended range
Complete gas flow calibration systems covering ranges from 1 sccm to 50 slm Covers ranges from 1 sccm to 50 slm ± 0.5% of reading total one-year accuracy Measures mass and volume flow with user settable reference pressure and termperature conditions Reference standard is upstream of the device under test, eliminating cross contamination and expensive damage to the flow elements Integrated gas flow regulation and adjustment hardware Expandable to over 5000 slm with qadditional molbloc flow elements and control hardware (sold separately) Includes traceable calibration for operation in N2 and air, with corrections for other gases Gas supply and test adapters included for 1/4" tube, 1/4" NPT and 1/4" BSP Includes advanced functions such as totalize, average, hi/lo, deviations, on-board purge, lead test and tare, available from the front control panel or by RS-232 and IEEE-488 remote interfaces The molbox RFM Gas Flow Calibration Kits offer a compact, versitile, and easy to use alternative to large, inflexible, and error prone volumetric piston and bell provers. Benefits include: true mass flow calibration and traceability with no volumetric to mass corrections needed, easy to automate real-time digital mass flow indication, no moving parts and uninterrupted measurement, modular components for easy future upgrades, and wide range with small footprint since flow straightening hardware is not required. Its modular design allows additional molbloc flow elements to be added if your needs change over time. Elements can be added to expand flow measurement up to 5000 slm and reduce uncertainty down to ±0.125% of reading (call for more information). Each molbox kit includes a reference flow monitor (RFM), an appropriate molbloc-L flow element for the desired flow range, and a molstic-L and other interconnecting hardware. You simply supply a source of 90 psi pure Nitrogen or air and connect it to the self-regulated molbloc system.
