SenFlow Pressure Monitor, 110 VAC
Disposable, pre-calibrated flow cells are ideal for pharma research, scale-up, or production Sensors stores device ID, factory calibration data Sensors have bar code traceability Sensors can be sanitized or sterilized and are priced for disposal, but can be reused These unique sensor systems are designed for single-use biopharmaceutical applications to save time and money on cleaning validation, but can withstand limited clean and reuse cycles for scale-up experiments. The systems consist of either the SenFlow conductivity and temperature monitor and flow-through conductivity sensor or the SenFlow pressure monitor and flow-through pressure sensor. Both monitoring units have two-line, twenty-character backlit display with six data entry keys. The monitors have 4-20 mA analog outputs and digital outputs via RS-232 or RS-485. Four TTL switches provide control capabilities. Order optional, unit-specific SenFlow software for real-time documentation and graphing with time-and-date stamp. SenFlow pressure monitor is a triple-input unit that measures pressure from 0 to 60 psi with an accuracy of +/- 0.30 psi and resolution of 0.01 psi. Measurements can be displayed in psi, kpa, bar, or mm Hg. Display shows up to three pressure sensors simultaneously, as well as either differential pressure (DP) or trans-membrane pressure (TP). SenFlow Pressure cells use a biocompatible piezo-resistive sensing element with on-chip temperature compensation. Sensing element is isolated from process solution by non-toxic, non-allergenic, silicone dielectric gel that meets all USP XX biological class V requirements. Cells are made of animal-free polysulfone and are FDA compliant and USP class VI compliant. Factory calibrated and ready to use. Integrated EPROM contains sensor ID, cell constant and calibration data that automatically is detected by SenFlow monitor.
