Comten Stentor II Series Force Test Stand Load Cell; 5 lb
Easily perform tension and compression tests in the lab or out on the production floor Use these STENTOR II series test stands along with the ComTen Centor Touch digital force gauges for a complete force measurement system. Designed with the precision technology of the Centor Touch force gauges, they can perform force measurement in tension and compression up to 500 lb. These test stands are designed to perform tests on various kinds of materials from the production floor to quality labs when the speed of the tests are specified, or when the speed changes the results on the force measurement. Units include a large intuitive color touchscreen that displays the curve of force versus deflection, and the user-frendly graphical interface makes test setup and result analysis easy. These systems can be used as standalone testers without any software or computer. Nevertheless, these systems provide all of the features of a computerized test stand including statistics, calculations, curve, memory for 100 results, and more. The outputs make it possible to connect to a computer via USB, RS232, or TTL outputs. The deflection, speed, and stop of the test stand are setup by an integrated control panel. The test is launched with one button which tares the force and starts moving the crosshead. Additional features include cycles, stop on force, mechanical stops, stop at break, and automatic return.
