Parker Fulflo Pre-Filter Cartridge, 304 SS, 10 um, 10 GPM, 10"L
Designed for sanitary liquid applications. High quality crevice-free construction 316L SS for steam-in-place and clean-in-place capability Sanitary Tri-Clamp® process, vent/gauge, and drain connections Suited for use with filter cartridges ranging from coarse clarification to sterilising grade membranes Designed in accordance with PED and PER regulations Process sterile liquids such as beverages, pharmaceuticals, concentrates, and water with this modular filter system. Add and remove filter housings in series based upon desired effluent quality and dirt loading (see diagram). Housings feature 316 stainless steel Tri-Clamp connections, vent, and condensate drain valve. Housings are designed in accordance with the European Council Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and meet 3A Dairy Standard. All housings are polished to a 0.4 um Ra internal finish, and a 0.25 um Ra external finish; pharmaceutical finish models also feature electropolished internal surfaces. Prefilter Cartridges accommodate high flow rates and temperatures as high as 300ºF (149ºC). Pleated surface maximizes the filtration area. The 304 stainless steel construction provides a long service life. Meet FDA guidelines for use with potable and edible liquids. Particle Filter Cartridges . This filter media has been developed for a wide variety of general process applications from fluid clarification to general prefiltration. Its high dirt-loading, random-fiber polypropylene depth media provides consistent particle retention. Thermally bonded from 100% virgin polypropylene—ensuring clean filtrates, and excellent chemical and thermal compatibility in the most demanding processing conditions. Final and Sterile Filter Cartridges. The biologically inert and low protein-binding nature maximizes product yields with these filters. The polyethersulfone (PES) membrane allows for high flow rates, resulting in rapid processing times and lower change-out frequencies. Nonpyrogenic for use in critical applications.
