Donaldson Ultrafilter Activated Carbon Filter, 216 cfm volume flow
Prefilters feature an economizer and an electronically-controlled drain. All filters are housed in durable three-piece aluminum housings. Housing is rated at 230 psig and 250°F maximum. Economizer calculates the best time to change the filter while the zero-loss drain automatically expels condensate from the system. Prefilters (29576-00 to -18) are made from highly porous, sintered polyethylene. Remove solid contaminants from your compressed air and gases down to 5 µm. Prefilters are washable; temperature range is from –4 to 176°F. Prefilters have initial differential pressure of 0.44 psi and maximum differential pressure of 30 psi at 68°F. Microfilters (29576-30 to -48) are constructed of three-dimensional binder-free borosilicate glass fiber. Filters retain 99.99998% of particulates down to 0.01 µm in size and residual oil down to 0.03 ppm. Filters have initial differential pressure of 1.2 psi and maximum differential pressure of 72.5 psi at 68°F. Activated Carbon Filters (29576-60 to -78) feature a two-stage adsorption process to remove all vapors, gaseous hydrocarbons, and odors. Filters retain residual oil content down to 0.003 ppm. Temperature range is from 50 to 140°F. Filters have initial differential pressure of 1.2 psi and maximum differential pressure of 72.5 psi at 68°F.
