Modular in-line design offers the flexibility of building your system to meet your application In-line rotor sensor and pipe fitting are built into one piece for easy installation Economically measure continuous liquid flow using these new in-line rotor flowmeter systems. To complete your system, simply select a sensor/fitting then an output or display module. All it takes is a quick 1/4 turn to mount the module on the sensor and you are ready to go! Choose from three types of modules: signal output without display, sensor-mounted display, or remote display. Order signal output module without display to send signals to a computer, datalogger, or recorder. Mount remote display module up to 30 feet away from the sensor—ideal for hard-to-reach locations. Sensor-mounted display module mounts directly on the sensor/fitting to provide flow rate and total measurements. A helpful hint when ordering the in-line rotor flowmeter system. Step 1: Pick a sensor/fitting using the flow curve below. Step 2: If you need a display, go to step 3. If you do not need a display, order one of the output modules without display . Step 3: If you want the display at the point of installation, order one of the sensor-mounted display. Or, order a remote display module to send signals up to 30 feet. Sensor/Fittings These paddle-wheel sensors are ideal for measuring both neutral and aggressive, solid-free liquids. Built-in pipe fittings ensure simple installation into pipes from 1/2" up to 2". Mount sensor/fittings horizontally or vertically. Choose from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), brass, or stainless steel (SS) sensor/fittings. PVC models come with true union fittings (solvent/fusion connection). Order brass and SS models with NPT(F) fittings for high temperature or high pressure application. SS models are especially ideal for measuring aggressive fluids. Wetted parts are polyvinylidene fluoride, ceramic, fluoropolymer, and PVC, brass, or SS.
