High-accuracy measurement of low and high viscosity liquids No requirements for straight pipe runs Only two moving parts in meter High repeatability and direct volumetric reading With flow rates from 0.5 GPH to 40 GPM, viscosities up to 1000 cps and three housing materials, these meters handle most metering applications. This positive displacement oval gear meter does not require calibration and is accurate to ±1% of reading. Loop-powered 4 to 20 mA output uses three buttons for simple and easy setting of 4 and 20 mA signals. Aluminum material is recommended for petroleum products. Choose stainless steel and PPS housings for products ranging from water to petroleum products to aggressive acids and caustics. Meters are designed for use with liquids such as solvents, fuel, catalysts, oils, grease, and even adhesives — making them perfect for the mining, petroleum, paint, and chemical industries.
