Bidirectional Flow and Pressure Controller, 0-250 L/min, 1/2"(F) Process Connection
Control two processes with one instrument Full-scale accuracy covers -100% to +100% of flow range Designed to control processes that are inherently bidirectional, these dual-valve gas mass flow controllers feature one inlet and one outlet proportional control valve that are normally closed. Controllers use a laminar flow technology that produces linear results over a wide range of gas flows. Producing volumetric and mass flow data, these dual-valve controllers compensate for changes in pressure and temperature to provide highly accurate readings. Large integrated TFT display with set point and valve tuning is easily controlled via the six-button keypad. Flow controller comes with 98 selectable pure and mixed gas calibrations, plus 0 to 5 volt analog and RS-232 digital communications. A 200:1 turn-down ratio offers precise control at the bottom of its range. Use these dual-valve controllers in applications where flow control in both directio ns is required, such as double block and bleed valving, air quality monitoring, and breathing simulations for respiratory equipment. Controllers can be used to control flowing processes in two directions; for example, drawing gases into an analyzer by vacuum and then reversing to flow calibration gas into analyzer. Or, they can be used to control pressure in a dead-ended system while monitoring mass flow rates.
