Blood Stain cards, 500 µL
Designed for collection, storage and purification of nucleic acids, plasmid or BAC DNA Collected sample stays stable at room temperature for years — freeing precious freezer space No precipitation step are needed, DNA and nucleic acid is ready for immediate analysis FTA® Cards have four, two and one sample areas of 125 µL whole blood or 25 µL plant homogenate each. Use Classic cards for same specimen or multiple animal or plant samples on one card. Use Mini cards for protocols that require different locations for testing and archiving samples. Process samples from classic and mini cards independently. Use Micro cards when only one sample is needed. CloneSaver™ Cards have 96 well format for collecting, storing and purifying plasmid and BAC DNA from bacterial clones. Accepts cultures, resuspended colony or glycerol stock. Warning: This product is not approved or intended for, and should not be used for medical, clinical, surgical or other patient oriented applications.
