Misonix Microplate Horn and Ultrasonic Processor Package, 220 VAC, 50/60 Hz
Microplate horn provides sonication to all the wells in a single microplate for faster high throughput screening Program up to nine microprocessor-controlled programs with either continuous or adjustable on/off pulsing (½ second to 1 hour intervals) for greater repeatability Automatic tuning senses and sets the exact frequency for optimum performance This microprocessor controlled, 600-watt, 20 kHz ultrasonic processor offers complete programmability, automatic tuning, and temperature monitoring. Use the temperature probe (connected to the processor) to monitor your sample. When your sample exceeds the pre-set temperature limits, the processor will trigger an external cooling device (not included). This keeps your sample at the desired temperature throughout the processing time. Use the keypad and digital display to select up to 100 hours total processing time. Use the ½" probe-style horn to process sample volumes from 10 to 250 mL, or switch to the microplate horn to efficiently process a standard 96-well microplate. Acoustic enclosure protects users from hearing damage. Unit measures 8-½"W x 10-½"H x 19"D; acoustic enclosure measures 10"W x 17"H x 10"D. What’s included: ultrasonic processor, 20-kHz converter, ½" probe-style horn, 6-ft cable, wrench set, temperature probe, microplate horn, acoustic enclosure, syringe, pinch clamps, and silicone tubing.
