Miniature Infrared Sensor, 10:1 distance-to-target ratio with High Ambnient Temp of 590°F
Economical sensors include a miniature sensing head and separate electronics connected by a 3-ft cable. NEMA 4 (IP65) housing protects both the sensor and electronics. The sensor is housed in rugged stainless steel; electronics are housed in die-cast zinc. Sensors have the features of larger IR temperature measurement systems — adjustable emissivity, peak hold, valley hold, and averaging capabilities. Adjust these features using the 5-digit LCD interface. Economical price and easy installation make it ideal for placing it among multiple points along the process. Select from scalable 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 V, and J- or K-type thermocouple outputs. Select your sensor with a 2:1 or 10:1 distance-to-target-size ratio. Sensors include 3-ft cable, one mounting nut, and manual.
