Thermo Scientific Nalgene Culture vessel with BioTech mixer system, 12-L, 250 rpm, 220 VAC
Use this complete system to perform scale-up bioprocessing. Efficient top-to-bottom mixing makes this culture vessel and mixer system ideal for suspension or microcarrier adherent cell culture applications. System includes a Nalgene® 12-liter culture vessel, BioTech mixer, and lower assembly. The autoclavable polycarbonate culture vessel is graduated in 0.5-L increments from three to 12 liters. Top closure is 100 mm; four port closures are 38-430. The overhead BioTech mixer features variable-speed control for better accuracy and a programmable timer for hands-free operation. Program the mixer to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. UL-listed in the U.S. and Canada; CE-marked in Europe. The lower assembly has a 3/8" shaft fitted with a 2 1/2" wide polypropylene (PP) baffle and 4" glass-filled PP impeller. Autoclavable.
