Phase-II SRG-4500 Portable Surface Roughness Tester
Provides precision accurate surface profile testing quickly and easily This state-of-the-art surface roughness tester is designed to instill the highest level of confidence in your production, shop floor, or QC lab roughness testing measurements. Unit provides fifteen different popular surface roughness scales including Ra, Rq (Rms), Rt, Rz, and Rmax, and features extended memory and RS-232/USB output, making it ideal for most surface roughness testing applications. The hypersensitive, sophisticated diamond stylus provides 0.001 (µm) micron display resolution. Set up and operation is simple and unit allows you to easily make changes for in/mm (µin/µm), cut-off length, sampling length, parameters, level of test (stylus position), digital filters, and more. The portable, battery powered capability provides additional flexibility and the large LCD display makes operator interpretation of measurements easy. What's Included: 5 µm stylus, leveling plates, calibrated reference standard, AC adapter, carrying case, Li-Ion rechargeable battery, and calibration document supplied by the manufacturer.
