Sanitary 3A Pressure Gauges
Premium gauges have 0.75 % accuracy and external recalibration 3A approved 4" dial gauge is dry standard autoclavable Gauges are liquid filled for easy and accurate readings Gauges have Tri-Clamp® fitting to meet 3A’s STD 37.01 requirement in the dairy, food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. The rugged one-piece stainless steel construction ensures an extended service life. Gauges are glycerin filled to reduce internal wear due to pulsation and vibration and to provide easy pointer reading by minimizing movement. Process connection is a diaphragm seal integrally built with the pressure gauge. Gauges have 2 ½" and 4” dial sizes and 1 ½" and 2” tri-clamp bottom connections. Case is AISI 304 stainless steel with acrylic lens. Diaphragm is AISI 316 stainless steel with very high 0.05 umRa electro polished internals. Autoclave temperature limit for 4” dials is 302°F. Warning: This product is not approved or intended for, and should not be used for medical, clinical, surgical or other patient oriented applications.
