Manual Control Duplex Pump System With Duty Standby Pump, 94 Gpd, 230 VAC
For applications where 24/7 continuous use is required Two metering pumps mounted on one skid — multiple configurations Mounted on a rigid PVC base Easy installation — connect fluid connections and plug into power outlet Manual Control Duplex Pump Systems with Duty Standy Pump: Duty standby systems are excellent in locations where a back-up pump is needed if the primary pump fails. Reduce downtime by simply closing the ball valves to the primary pump and opening the ball valves to the standby pump to maintain the flow of the system. Systems may also be used to double the flow rate using both pumps simultaneously. Adjust the stroke rate on the pump manually via controls on the front of the pump. Duplex Pump Systems with 4 to 20 mA Control Duty Standby Pump: Systems include the same features as the manual control duplex pump systems, only with remote control of the stroke rate of the pump (via the 4 to 20 mA signal). Duplex Pump Systems with Duty Standby Pump: Select these systems for continuous acid/base control applications to maintain a programmed pH level. Use primary pump to inject either an acid or a base into your system. Standby pump is used when primary pump fails and minimal downtime is needed. Duplex pH Pump Systems with Separate Pumps: These systems are ideal for applications where a pH set-point needs to be maintained in an environment with a fluctuating pH. Use the first pump to inject acid when the system pH begins to rise and use the second pump to inject base when the system pH begins to fall.
