Cole-Parmer ETFE Lined ANSI Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps, 29m/hr - 67m, Liquid End Only - No Motor
High-strength rare earth magnets provide strong, secure coupling—eliminating troublesome mechanical seals Meet ANSI B73.1 dimensional requirements for foot and flange allowing replacement of sealed ANSI pumps without the need to change the piping Rugged ETFE-lined, ductile iron casing combines the durability of a metal housing with superior chemical resistance Pure, unfilled ETFE is molded over the magnets for added protection against aggressive fluids The ANSI-style configuration allows for easy integration into current ANSI process lines. These Cole-Parmer pumps allow for easy swap out of currently sealed pump configurations, eliminating the possibility of seal rupture. The modified concentric volute minimizes radial loads and distributes pressure evenly across the entire flow range for improved reliability. The thrust balance system has generous balance holes and rear sealing ring to reduce axial thrust. The replaceable dual bushings ride evenly on the shaft for optimal alignment and reliability. The internal spiral groove helps to flush and lubricate the bushings during operation. Optional features include bushings made of carbon providing run-dry protection or an alpha-sintered silicon carbide shaft providing better wear characteristics.
