Prominent manual control pump, 0.29 GPH, 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz
Precise metering of chemicals with the ability to handle back pressure up to 253 psi Microprocessor-based control Stroke length (0 to 100%) and frequency (10 to 100%) adjustment Auto-degassing pumps are excellent for bleach and hydrogen peroxide applications Manual control pumps use the stroke length and rate to determine the feed rate. The stroke length control knob can vary the displacement of chemical from 0 to 100%. Speed control stroke rate is adjustable from 10 to 100% in 10% increments. Use the multifunction switch to select the on/off external pulse contact, pump stop or test (for the priming feature). The pump housing has a NEMA 4X enclosure to protect against corrosion, dust and water. The diaphragm is made of a fabric-reinforced EPDM elastomer with a plastic core and a PTFE-facing. Should the diaphragm rupture, the pump head has a weep hole located on the bottom of the backplate allowing the chemical to flow out of the pump, away from the solenoid. Auto-degassing pumps off-gas from the top of the pump head to prevent any air build-up in the chamber. The fluid discharge is at the center of the pump head, rather than at the top as in the standard manual control pumps. Fault indicator light indicates operational status. A green light indicates normal operation, a yellow light warns of low chemical and a red light indicates a lack of chemical or an operational error. Order optional universal control cables at the side for remote pause control operation via a voltage-free contact. What's included: 15-ft of tubing, foot valve, bleed valve (except on auto-degassing pumps), injection valve, and 6-ft power cord with three prong plug (power cord is detachable). Service kits for non-auto degassing pumps include: diaphragm, suction valve, discharge valve, adapter set, two valve balls and one set of seals. Service kits for auto degassing pumps include: diaphragm, suction valve, discharge valve, adapter set, two valve balls, one set of seals and one vent valve, complete.
