Process TubePump, Dual-head variable-speed, 108 GPM (165 rpm)
Dry-running design provides long tubing life and prevents system contamination in the event of hose rupture. Max. flow rate: 55 GPM (12.5 m 3 /hr) with single head. Max. pressure: up to 30 psig (2 bar) per head; max. lift: 23 ft (7 m). Max. viscosity: 35,000 cPs. Max. temperature: Cont: 140°F (60°C); Inter: 176°F (80°C). Easy maintenance; rib-backed hose design allows easy hose replacement without disassembly of pump. Rib on hose is positively captured in tube bed; prevents side-to-side movement of hose, which shortens hose life in other pumps. Pumps are shipped complete — pump, motor, and drive systems are ready to install and start. These general-purpose pumps feature a rugged aluminum housing and offer a variety of hose choices. Choose from single-head pumps, or dual-head pumps for reduced pulsation. Ten models handle a broad range of applications.
