Food-Grade Process Tube Pump, Single-head variable-speed, 18 GPM (165 rpm)
Dry-running design provides long tubing life and prevents system contamination in the event of hose rupture. Max. flow rate: 18 GPM (4.0 m 3 /hr) with single head. Max. pressure: up to 30 psig (2 bar) per head; max. lift: 23 ft (7 m). Max. viscosity: 35,000 cPs. Easy maintenance; replace hose without disassembly of pump. Durable construction includes cast aluminum housing,PTFE tube bed, polypropylene standard fittings, carbon-filled PTFE rollers, cast aluminum rotor, stainless steel shaft. Ball bearings are grease-filled and permanently sealed. Max. operating temperature: Continuous: 194°F (90°C); A rugged cast aluminum housing, smooth tubing bed design and high-purity tubing are ideal for demanding pump applications in food, pharmaceutical, high-purity chemicals, and higher temperature applications. Six different models are available. Motors — Each pump is shipped with a belt-driven mechanical variable-speed drive that provides a minimum 5-to-1 turndown on the maximum rated output speed. The motors have TEFC (IP54) enclosures, Class F insulation, and are coupled to a gear reducer with a minimum AGMA Class II rating. Motors are UL-listed and CE-approved and meet the EPACT 92 standard for motor efficiency ratings.
