Sanitary Drum Pump, 3A, Air Motor, 4 GPM (45 LPM), 10,000 cps
Capable of pumping fluids with viscosities up to 10,000 cps Progressive cavity design allows for low-shear properties Flow rates up to 12 GPM (45 LPM) 316 stainless steel construction with PTFE elastomers These drum pumps are engineered specifically for transferring food products, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products from barrels, kettles, and tanks. They offer a progressive cavity, positive-displacement delivery system resulting in a continuous flow of material with little product degradation. This unique design allows you to quickly dismantle, clean, and re-assemble the pump. Models 75220-60 and -65 come with a turbine flowmeter. Sanitary batch control systems 75220-50 and -55 offer precise dispensing from drums, kettles, and tanks. The pump utilizes a noninvasive full-bore magmeter for flow and volume measurement with an accuracy of ±0.5%. What's Included: Drive (either electric or air) and pump tube. Batch control models 75220-50 and -55 also includes a NEMA 4X starter box, and a sanitary check valve.
