Automatically removes accumulated liquids inside the pump! Perfect pump for rotary evaporators or vacuum ovens PowerDry® technology increases pump efficiency and service life PowerDry is an innovative solution to the problem of accumulated liquids inside a vacuum pump head. Since liquids are incompressible they increase the wear and tear on the diaphragm and valves which over time reduces the performance, efficiency, and life of the pump. The PowerDry® system features an adjustable 3-cycle electronic timer that cycles while the pump is in use to purge any condensing liquids. The three individual timing cycles used are; initial pump down time, drying cycle duration, and the interval between drying cycles (repeat cycle) and can be set to an optimal setting for your application.
