Icon-driven software and easy-to-use navigation system provide intuitive usability Autologging capabilities enable repeat measurements of the same sample with a selected time interval Minimal footprint with large graphical display These Jenway 73 series single-beam spectrophotometers have improved optics resulting in a narrow spectral bandwidth of 5 nm and absorbance range of –0.3 to 2.5 A. All models feature measurement modes for absorbance, % transmittance, and concentration. Visible spectrum models have a tungsten halogen lamp with a "lamp save" feature which shuts off the lamp after periods of inactivity. UV/visible models feature a “press to read” xenon lamp to provide accurate readings and extend lamp life. Easily control the spectrophotometers via the RS-232 port and included software.Advanced models feature additional measurement modes such as quantitation, kinetics, and spectrum scanning. Store up to 240 methods which can be copied from one unit to another using the USB port (memory stick included). The enhanced security feature enables the instrument and methods to be locked, preventing unauthorized changes. The home page can be customized while select modes can be deactivated, making these units ideal for use in teaching laboratories and routine quality control applications. What's Included: one 10 x 10 mm cuvette holder, 100 disposable cuvettes, PC software on CD-ROM, interface cable, and power supply.
