Jenway Visible Spectrophotometer with Graphical Display; 230 VAC
LCD readout displays graphs of sample data These spectrophotometers display transmittance, absorbance, or concentration readings at single wavelengths. Graphic display shows spectrum plots of absorbance versus time or transmittance versus time. Best fit straight line (BFSL) function determines concentration at specific absorbance or transmittance. Select your absorbance or transmittance peak and the BFSL function determines the equation of the line that touches that peak. Then you solve the equation for the concentration. Download data to your computer via RS-232 output for storage and analysis. Order interface cable 83056-40 and data-collecting software 21081-30 separately. What’s included: 100 disposable 3.5-mL cuvettes, instruction manual, and 3-ft power cord (115 VAC models include U.S. standard plug).
