Economical, non-scanning, general-purpose laboratory spectrophotometers These spectrophotometers suit a variety of general-purpose and quality control applications—ideal for biochemistry, environmental chemistry, food testing, and water testing labs. They combine value and simplicity with the accuracy of much more expensive instruments. Auto-zeroing saves time between samples and reduces potential errors. The wavelength adjustment knob features end-of-range stops to maintain calibration and prevent damage. Built-in filters automatically switch to accommodate wavelength setting—eliminating manual adjustment and ensuring accuracy. What’s included: twelve 10-mm diameter test tubes cuvettes, cuvette adapter, dust cover, and 7-ft (2.1-m) cord with a US standard plug. For 230 VAC operation, order the optional 83055-25 power cable.
