EW-83600-07 光度计
Eppendorf BioSpectrometer Basic
These small, compact spectrophotometers offer exceptional capabilities in the UV/Visible range Get a quick start — spectrometers include preprogrammed methods for molecular biology, cell biology, bio-chemical applications and more! Unique SpectraZoom software method can analyze and process curve sections directly on the instrument display Guided software procedures minimize user error The new BioSpectrometers with scanning capabilities allow routine and complex methods to occur right in the lab. Scanning spectrum as well as individual wavelength measurements can be monitored from 200 to 830 nm. The innovative, built-in SpectroZoom® software walks the user through the methods in a guided process for ease of use. Pre-programmed methods facilitate quick-start applications and prevent errors, while a USB port provides simple data transfer. Choose to store your own custom methods as well. You can save up to 1,000 measurements directly on the device. No PC is required to operate the system and the integrated data processing options enable basic data processing directly on the 5.7" display. The xenon flash lamp has an extra long life span for minimal maintenance. The BioSpectrometer accepts both Eppendorf UVette® cuvettes, and microvolume cuvettes. The BioSpectrometer is available in two versions: basic for general-purpose use or kinetic for applications such as enzyme or substrate kinetics. The kinetic model features a temperature controlled shaft with integrated Peltier technology that regulates cuvette temperature between 20 and 42°C in 0.1°C increments — no additional accessories necessary. Complete your system with the disposable UVette and reference filter set (sold separately below). The Eppendorf UVette is a fully UV-transparent cuvette made from clear plastic, allowing light transmission in the range of 220 to 1,600 nm. The UVette requires a minimum sample size of 50 µL and is available in two different purity grades depending on your application needs. The reference set allows you to calibrate your system and check for photometric and wavelength accuracies according to NIST. What's Included: 5-ft power cord and plug.
