Hart Handheld Thermometer Model1521
The first standards thermometers to fit into a battery-powered handheld meter Reads thermistors to ±0.005degC and RTDs to ±0.025degC These lightweight thermometers are accurate to ±0.005degC — a level only found in large benchtop units. Select the resolution from 0.1deg to 0.001deg providing confidence up to the last digit. These meters also let you match the exact resistance-versus-temperature characteristics of an individually calibrated probe. Thermometers read ITS-90, Callendar-Van Dusen, or Steinhart-Hart coefficients for maximum system accuracy. If common industrial curves are desired, thermistors can be read using the YSI 400 curve, and RTDs can be read using the DIN 43760 (IEC 751) curve. Probes attach to the meters using the "INFO-CON" connector, which allows you to change probes without having to reprogram your meter. A memory chip in the INFO-CON stores all the critcritical information about your probe, including its serial number, recall date, and calibration constants. When you connect your probe, the meters automatically recognize whether you're using an thermistor or RTD. You may also use a non-Hart probe by loading information into an INFO-CON through optional software. Each meter uses a menu system for convenient access to all functions; calibration and sensor programming functions are password protected. Functions include Min/Max (since the last reset), Hold button (up to six readings may be stored), and "Delta" which computes the difference between the current reading and a reference value. Model 93202-02 feature the ability to log data, within two data acquisition modes. The "auto logging mode" records up to 10,000 measurements, including the value, unit of measure, date, and time of each measurement. Measurements are recorded at any of 12 selectable intervals ranging from every second to every hour. The "demand logging mode" records up to 100 individual measurements; each one tagged with one of the 25 data labels. Optional LogWare software (93202-03) makes data management easy. Data sets are downloaded into a single file or separated by labels. View the data, graph it, or apply alarms. With LogWare, you can also record data in real time from either style meter.
