Tygon UV-Resistant Tubing, 3/16" ID x 1/4 OD, 50 ft/pk
Tygon® Tubing manufactured by Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics is available in the following formulations: Tygon E-LFL, Tygon-Food, Tygon E-Lab, Tygon Chemical, and Tygon Fuel & Lubricant—all to Masterflex specifications. Tygon E-LFL tubing offers the longest life of all Tygon peristaltic tubing. This tubing is clear for easy flow monitoring and provides broad chemical resistance. Tygon E-Food is specifically designed for use with food products; bore is extremely smooth—better than most stainless steels. Nontoxic, which means no affect on taste or odor. Tygon E-Lab works well for general lab applications—and is inexpensive. It handles virtually all inorganic chemicals. Clear for easy flow monitoring. Tygon Chemical provides the best chemical resistance of any Tygon formulation and is compatible with many polar solvents. Plasticizer-free. Tygon Fuel and Lubricant transports hydrocarbons, petroleum products, and distillates. Suitable for gasoline, kerosene, heating oils, cutting fluids, and glycol-based coolants. Formulation: Tygon R-3400 UV Resistant Applications: Light, ozone and UV applications, outdoor applications, acid and caustic transfer, corrosive diffusible gas, ink and adhesive dispensing, fertilizer and pesticide transfer, electrical insulation Characteristics: Black in color, protects light-sensitive fluids, exceptional resistance to strong acids and many alkalines, excellent burn resistance Certification: Meets UL 94V-0 and UL 94HB flammability ratings Temperature range: -6 to 165 F (-21 to 74C) Sterilize: Ethylene oxide
