Pad-Mount Solenoid Valve, NC, 1.6 mm Orifice; PEEK Body, FKM Diaphragm; 24VDC
Hermetic separation from control mechanisms prevents fluid contamination High maximum pressure rating of 116 psi (8 bar) Uses only 4 watts at ambient conditions Designed to control the flow of neutral or aggressive fluids, this ASCO 068 series of pad-mounted valves is designed for complete separation of fluid and solenoid while allowing for easy flush and self-draining capability. Flapper mechanism features a fast response time and very precise volume control. Additionally, valve has no pumping or sticking effect, and is tested to over 10 million cycles for long-life use. Common applications include chromatography, sample preparations, chemical sterilization, and water quality monitoring. Flapper isolation valves are designed for use in vacuum to positive pressure applications. Choose from FFKM, EPDM, and FKM seal materials that best suit your fluids'' compatibility. Body is PEEK. Port type of valve is a pad mount to blanking plate (not included). Two-way normally open and three-way universal operation, as well as different port type valves are also available—contact an Application Specialist. What's Included: Gasket and two hexagon M2.5 mounting screws.
