Web-Based Remote Monitoring and Data Logging System and Controllers Stand-alone device for real-time monitoring, datalogging, auto-reporting, and auto-alarming Gives 24/7 access to any device that has a digital or 4 to 20 mA output Advanced cooling tower controllers based on WebAlert™ input/output platform Cooling systems with conductivity, makeup conductivity and pH, ORP or pH and ORP The WebMaster series of controllers were designed for the water treatment professional. The control system is combined with the remote access communications platform of the WebAlert (listed above) to provide an advanced monitoring and control solution. Key digital or analog parameters can be monitored from any computer with a standard web browser. Multiple users can access the graduated, password-protected monitor simultaneously. WebMaster cooling tower controllers are capable of conductivity, pH and ORP control, as well as monitoring the makeup conductivity. The unit also includes an analog input board for monitoring up to eight 4 to 20 mA inputs (level, corrosion rates, biofilm monitors, phosphate concentration, etc.). Also included is a digital input card that allows up to six digital input signals that can be used for level switches, interlocks, and chemical feed verification. Cooling tower bleed may be controlled based upon the conductivity, makeup water volume, or a 4 to 20 mA signal from any type of transmitter imaginable. Inhibitor feed can be added in proportion to the bleed time, based on makeup water volume, or a 4 to 20 mA signal (from a phosphate or molybdate analyzer, for example). Biocicide additions can be scheduled from multiple times per day, or on a 1,2, or 4 week schedule. What’s included: Cooling tower controller—Graphite electrodes, flat-surface pH and/or rod style ORP electrodes (depending upon system ordered), 8 analog input board, 6 input digital board, internal modem card, RS232 connector. Controllers are hardwired.
