Wheel; Length Measuring; Aluminum Tread; 4/10ths meter Circ; +/-0.30% Tol; 600 RPM Overview Replacement Wheel for Length Sensor The WM0400OK is one of several wheels used in length measuring applications available for use with the Model RPGC - Single Channel Output Rotary Pulse Generator or with Model LSC - Single Channel Output Length Sensors. When attached to the RPGC or LSC sensor, with each complete rotation of the wheel (measuring 4/10ths meter of conveyor for example for the WM0400OK) the sensor will generate 200 pulses on its NPN open collector output which can be fed to most Red Lion Control counters, rate indicators, controllers and accessories making this an excellent solution for length measuring applications. Different circumference wheels can be interchanged for measuring different lengths and these wheels also come in different tread materials for use on different material surfaces. The WM0400OK has a 4/10ths meter wheel circumference and Diamond Knurled Aluminum tread. This wheel is for use on rubber, course weave fabrics, rough wood surfaces, foam and insulation. Maximum speed is 600 RPM.
