WebSentinel collects data from the arrays through an Ethernet TCP/IP bus, presents the data onscreen with intuitive displays, and makes the data accessible through the Internet. EXTENDED DIAGNOSTICS AND STATISTICS Datalogic WebSentinel™ offers extended statistic and diagnostic information at plant, array and single scanner level. WebSentinel™ sends immediate email notificataion of unexpected failures within the system, wherever located. All of the collected data are organized into a database and can be exported as reports in various formats. MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT Ease-of-use has been highly improved thanks to Datalogic WebSentinel™’s multilanguage capability, which supports English, Japanese, Korean, Users can also select and modify the preferred language, in real time, without any further setup. DYNAMIC REMOTE CONTROL VIA WEB BROWSER Web-browser support facilitates data access via any PC connected to the Internet. The WebSentinel Server constantly updates remote Web pages, improving the use of the supervisory system. EASY REMOTE MAINTENANCE OF READERS Remote control, configuration, and monitoring of scanning systems is easier than ever thanks to the Genius™ pass-through feature, which enables direct remote access even at the single device level. HIGH FLEXIBILITY Datalogic WebSentinel™ supports all the main Datalogic products and up to 256 barcode scanner arrays at the same time. Moreover, several client sessions can access the Datalogic WebSentinel™ Server simultaneously, with up to 6 different levels for maximum flexibility. Thus, ideal Datalogic WebSentinel™ applications are express courier sorting hubs, large distribution centers, and airport baggage sorting. Datalogic WebSentinel™ is also the ideal supervisory software to support maintenance activities.
