Frey Scientific hydraulic brake demonstration model is demonstrate the way a standard automobile hydraulic brake works. Model consists of a 4-inches metal wheel positioned in between two brake pads. The pads are connected to an air-filled syringe representing the brake pedal. When the syringe is depressed while the wheel is moving, air pressure (representing hydraulic fluid) pushes the brake pads against the wheel and bringing it to a stop.
