This meter is in Good cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use (scuffs/scratches, adhesive label residues). The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive. During testing, a "warm old electronics" smell came from the meter, but it doesn't smell burned. No other testing was done.
