ILS Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) - LED Strips The ILA-TIM-STRIP series, from Intelligent LED Solutions, are a family of thermal heat pads designed specifically for LED Strips. They are available in a variety of sizes with non-adhesive or single/double sided adhesive options.ILS' LED Strips family come in a variety of dimensions and use different LEDs, including OSRAM's OSLON® SSL and Stanley Electric's CRI 95 series.
