VNH5019 Motor Driver Carrier, STMicroelectronics This compact high-power module can be used for bidirectional speed control of a single brushed DC motor. On-board is the VNH5019, a full bridge Motor Driver IC. The board is ready for a typical motor driver application of up to 24V and 12A continuous. Most of the components are included, like pull-up's and protection resistors and FETs for reverse battery protection.
