OSRAM SFH 494x Infrared Emitter Arrays The SFH 494x family, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are infrared (IR) emitter arrays with a wavelength of 940nm. These leadframe arrays are available with between 2 and 10 IR emitters per array. The SFH 494x devices offer short switching times within a miniature package. Their package size is equivalent to the BPX 80 series.
