Evaluation Board for ADuM315x and ADuM415x SPIsolator® The EVAL-ADuM3151Z, from Analog Devices, is an evaluation board for a range of 7-channel SPIsolator® digital isolators. This family of products are optimised for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs).The EVAL-ADuM3151Z evaluation board provides a JEDEC standard 20-lead SSOP pad layout. It is designed to support signal distribution, loopback, and loads referenced to VDDx or GNDx. The EVAL-ADuM3151Z also offers optimal bypass capacitance. Using best printed circuit board (PCB) design practices for 4-layer boards, the EVAL-ADuM3151Z includes a full power and ground plane on each side of the isolation barrier.
